Each participant begins with a leadership assessment and an individual 30-minute Leadership Success Session with Dr. Roycelynn Mentor-Marcel.

Throughout the eight-week experience, participants engage in live coaching, practical leadership exercises, meaningful conversations, and personalized action planning
